Project Management Professional (PMP)

 Overview:

The seminar / workshop will cover the PMI®'s PMBOK® Guide process groups comprising of Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Closing. Covering the entire project life cycle, this course is built around best practices currently used in today's fast-paced business environment. The latest insights from the Project Management Institute's A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide – 5th Edition), which incorporates information critical to project success, are highlighted.

The participants secure solid understanding of project management methods with this comprehensive course and are ready to take the PMP® Certification Exam. Gain practical experience in proven project management techniques and discover a wealth of valuable, flexible tools that you can use immediately to ensure the success of any project in any type of organization. · Got an overview of the PMP® certification examination preparation process.

 

Re-requisites:

ü  Educational Background: Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate's degree or global equivalent)

ü  Project Management Experience: Minimum five years/60 months unique non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 7,500 hours were spent leading and directing the project. One should have the experience in all the five process groups

ü  Project Management Education: 35 hours of formal education in project management. (This workshop will provide the participant with the necessary contact hours)

ü  Educational Background: Four-year degree (bachelor's degree or global equivalent)

ü  Project Management Experience: Minimum 3 years/36 months unique non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 4500 hours be spent leading and directing the project

ü  Project Management Education: 35 hours of formal education in project management. (This workshop will provide the participant with the necessary contact hours)
